I have decades of experience in Design/Build construction and project management. Combined, I have overseen hundreds of millions of dollars worth of projects, both residential and commercial. In the last few years I started a catering business, and created one pop-up restaurant whose short tenure was quite successful. I've spent every spare minute in the last five years doing exhaustive research on the brewing industry, including systems, recipes and techniques, marketing and distribution, and more. With Lee Chase as Operations Consultant and Drew Dernavich providing design work, I know I have the best team available to make the brewery a screaming success.

Lee Chase- Brewery Start-Up and Operations Consultant

Lee joined Stone Brewing Co. as head brewer when they were just 4 months old, and worked there for nearly a decade. Lee was instrumental in Stone's phenomenal success, growing the brewery and bringing them into their shiny new Uber-Brewery in Escondido. Lee is one of the foremost experts in modern brewing technologies, and will be advising us on how we can achieve greater efficiencies in energy use and water consumption, as well as a smaller and cleaner output of various forms of waste from the brewing process. Lee is still brewing knock-out beers with his new nano-brewery Automatic Brewing Company located inside The Blind Lady Ale House in San Diego, CA, where he is a Co-Owner.

Drew Dernavich- Artist

Drew's cartoon work is most often seen in The New Yorker magazine, where he has been a steady ( and hilarious ) contributor for many years. He designed our logo, and will be the visual voice for the brewery in every manner from package design to promotional materials.
